What Clients Are Saying

-Highland Village Residents

Dr T is truly a master of her craft! Her deep well of wisdom and life experience empower her to skillfully and compassionately reveal the root of the obstacles and challenges her clients face. Her work with our daughter has been so transforming that her life will always be blessed by what they accomplished together, ultimately blessing our entire family for many years to come!

-Letting Go

Dr. T is a life changer. I walked into her office wanting to be told what I needed to do, and her ability to walk me to my own path in a way that worked for me was amazing. Whether it was a book, music or simply something to think about, she weaved a pathway that has changed my life and my family's. It was not always what I wanted to hear, and I wasn’t always the quickest to catch on, but in the end it all came together. I would recommend Dr. T to my closest friends and family in a heartbeat.

-Dallasites

Me and my fiancé found Dr. T through the Twogether in Texas website and decided to use the Honeymooners Special. We didn’t have any problems in our relationship, but we wanted a few tools to help us throughout our marriage. Though we were initially nervous, Dr. T made us feel right at home, and we have gained a new perspective on how to effectively communicate with one another. Not only that, but she gave us many other little "golden nuggets" backed by research that were very helpful. Overall we would highly recommend Dr. T to any other couples wanting to strengthen their relationship.

-Cristy

At a young age of 21, I never thought I would need Dr. T the way I did. I am so grateful for her as she has helped my family and I overcome what we were going through. After almost 10 years, we still keep in contact, hearing her voice thru the phone just makes my heart calm and smile.

Questions You May Have

If your question is not answered here, please reach out at drt4families@gmail.comI’m here for you!

How do I set up a visit with you?

Book a visit on the Contact page. You can choose whether to meet in person (in the Dallas, TX area), by phone, or online.

Do you meet online?

Yes, I am available to meet online with clients anywhere throughout the United States.

What is the cost of your services?

Determination of cost is based on several factors including presenting issue and length of session. If payment is made by cash or check, a discount is given.

  • Online sessions range from $180 to $270 per visit.
  • In-office sessions range from $125 to $225 per visit.

Do you take insurance?

I am not paneled with any insurance companies. There are many reasons why, but the greatest one is the protection of my clients’ privacy. When a practitioner is paneled with an insurance company, all progress notes automatically become the property of the insurance company. Then those details of the clinician’s notes are commonly kept on file within the Human Resource department contracted with that insurance company. For HR departments to keep such a trail of highly personal information is disconcerting and unacceptable.

What is the length and frequency of visits with you?

Two options:

  • One-hour weekly visits (total of four hours/month)
  • 90-minute visits every other week (total of three hours/month)

Most people prefer the 90-minute sessions. Even though we are actually meeting fewer hours per month, the added time to each session provides greater opportunity for significant work.

Nearly all of my clients typically reach their goals in as little 3 visits. With marital/couple concerns, it may take longer. My resolve is to get you set in the direction you want in as little time as possible.

Which days do you offer sessions?

I devote my weekends to my grandchildren and family. I visit with clients primarily on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. My Mondays/Fridays are dedicated to consultations and inpatient visits.

Will I be charged if I cancel an appointment?

Appointments canceled with more than a 24-hour notice result in no cancellation fee.

If an appointment is canceled without a 24-hour notice, then a fee of one hour of comparable service (whether online or in-office) will be charged to the client/family.

Take the next step toward being fearless!
